Hi Julie
I love your work and admire you talent! I was just wondering, the blow up pool cake has wonderful lettering. Is this done with a mold or cutters? Could you tell me where you got these from.

Cheers Michell

@NELLIBELLI #12439
Hi Genelle,

I just use egg white and pure icing sugar in my royal icing. Have a read of this link, and it's the recipe that The Dinosaur suggests:

Hope that helps,
Jules

Thanks! :-) The Mother's Day cake was a LOT of work! The lounge was just a piece of styro underneath that I carved and then covered with fondant.
I used piping gel for the water in the baby pool, which was watered down slightly and tinted slightly.
