CHOC SMBC FIRST TIMER
After reading all of your great advice re smbc i decided to give it a go.... after thinking i had wasted time and ingredients with a mass of curdled mush it all came together and with the addition of melted dark choc and cocoa it was sooooo yummy!! my kids an husband thought I was mad raving on about it but needed to share with those who would appreciate a victory with something a bit daunting ...no turning back to regular buttercream from here on in.. thanks for posting such interesting a helpful advice.

I've tried two different recipes and none have wowed me. They are so fluffy and light and pipe great but taste wise one was like eatting flavoured butter. The other didn't really have any taste for a few seconds and then the vanilla hit you. I think it was these recipes.
